You only need to provide information that is necessary for the features you choose to use.

• Help people requesting blood connect with potential donors
• Show nearby donors or blood requests
• Calculate approximate distances
• Send notifications about blood requests and donor responses

3. How Your Information Is Shared

Some information may be visible to other RedMate users when necessary for the app to provide its services.

For example, information related to a blood request may be shown to potential donors so they can decide whether they can help.

When a donor agrees to help, information necessary to facilitate the connection may be shared with the person who created the blood request.

RedMate also uses third-party services such as Firebase and Google services to provide features including authentication, database services, notifications, maps, and other app functionality.

We do not sell your personal or sensitive information.

4. Blood Group and Health Information

Blood group information is collected because it is an important part of RedMate's purpose.

RedMate does not verify whether a donor is medically suitable to donate blood or whether a blood request is medically accurate.

Users should confirm medical and donation requirements with the relevant hospital, blood bank, or qualified healthcare professional.

5. Location Information

RedMate may use your device's location to provide features such as:

• Finding nearby blood requests
• Finding nearby potential donors
• Showing approximate distances
• Helping identify a location for a blood request

Location information is used for RedMate's core features and is not used for advertising or unrelated tracking.

You can control location permission through your device settings.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and use appropriate security measures when handling data.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your RedMate account directly from the app.

To delete your account:

When you select Delete Account, your RedMate account and profile are deleted.

If you have already uninstalled the app, cannot access the account, or need to request account deletion outside the app, you can contact us at:

Please include the email address or mobile number associated with your RedMate account so that we can identify the account and process the deletion request.

8. Children's Privacy

RedMate is not specifically directed at children.

Users should only create an account and provide personal information where they are legally permitted to do so.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child where such collection is not permitted, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
